LAMB TONGUE IN SAUCE

Today we want to show you our week’s recipe: kosher lamb tongue in sauce. You can ask our shop for our lamb products. With few ingredients and simple preparation, we will have a delicious dish to enjoy with family or friends.

Ingredients:

12 tongues of lamb.

3 red peppers.

A Leek.

An onion.

2 carrots.

4 cloves of garlic.

Water.

Salt and pepper.

 

Elaboration: Lamb tongues are well cleaned and placed in the pressure cooker along with the garlic and pepper for 10 minutes. In addition, cut and sauteed peppers, leek, onion and two carrots in a frying pan. Now, we add the tongues of lamb, and leave it to fire slow, covered for 20 minutes.

And now, you are ready to serve and enjoy.
